I have been having this issue for over a week. My buyers say they could not purchase from my shop. When they went to cart, it stated contact support and support stated contact seller. Being the seller, I have tried for a week to get this resolved. Got in touch with a chat agent today and they checked into it and after about an hour, they advised they had fixed the problem Contacted my buyer to try again. She said the message she got was that ALL PAYMENT METHODS FOR THIS SHOP WERE CURRENTLY UNAVAILBLE. Now back to not being able to get help.
Did have a tech support person talk with me and email to send her a screenshot of the message and haven't heard from her in 3 days.
What miracle has to happen to get assistance with this. SOOOOOOOOO frustrated.
You do not have any payment method in your shop. You need to contact support again!
They do have all the info and support is impossible to contact. When I was on chat, they confirmed all the financial info.
