Buyer is receiving an error message “Uh Oh there’s something not quite right in your URL” and she’s closed the app and relaunched it with no luck. Others have purchased the same item since she has reached out to me with the issue

Maybe her app version is outdated. She can uninstall and reinstall to see if that makes it work.

If she has had the item in her cart for a while she should remove it and re add it from your store.
