Buyer cannot get order processed - error message

I have had 3 comments/complaints this week from buyers stating that when they tried to order an item from my shop, an error message came up stating that it could not be processed and to click on link for support. Then they go to support, it states, contact the shop owner.

I have no clue why the buyers cannot finish buying my items. Etsy has no seller support to contact. Have messaged them for a day now with the only response being a generic message, all of which do not apply. 

One of the buyers tried getting a screen shot of the error message, but was not allowed. My tax and bank info is all in and correct. So now what? Very frustrating.

I added an item to my cart with no problems. Since you have no sales, those messages are probably scams. Just mark them as spam.

The messages are from my shop. My daughter tried ordering and the same thing happened. Thanks

I am not able to order from my own shop. I have no sales but many items in carts might be the reason NO sales.

Sorry, I can't check for you, as you don't sell to the UK. Maybe a US seller will chip in, but it's always possible people aye trying to scam you. DON'T give out your email address, bank details, or any other personal information. Good Luck with your shop.

I needed to confirm what the buyer was asking so I had my daughter try to purchase the same item from my shop and she she had the same error message. It is a digital file so thought maybe that was the problem but my daughter tried that digital item and a book and happened to both orders attempts. Thanks so much and hope this gets fixed. If your daughter is with you and using your IP it will give an error because you cannot purchase from yourself.

No, she was on her own computer in another country. I have 3 shops on Etsy and this is the only one with problems.
