Buyer bought two digital products from me and did not receive both emails

Hello, 

I just opened my Etsy Shop (2 weeks ago), so maybe I'm missing something.

A customer bought a digital product from my store and said he didn't receive the file via email, so I emailed it to him.

Two days later he bought another digital product and said he hadn't received the email from Etsy to download it.

It is possible that twice in a row he have never received the email with the file to download? What could be the problem?

If you uploaded the file to the listing, the buyer should get a link to the file in the purchase confirmation email.  If it was a made to order/personalised digital item, you have to prepare the personalised file and either upload it to the listing or send it via email.  If the buyer says she didn't get a purchase confirmation message, or the email you sent with the file, it sounds like she may have an issue with the email address she gave Etsy.  She may have mistyped or something and the message is bouncing back.  Did you get any messages from your email provider saying they couldn't deliver the message?

It's not uncommon for free email services like gmail, hotmail, yahoo mail, etc. to delete etsy emails automatically for security reasons or send them to spam/junk folder where they are overlooked.  Guest purchases seem to have this problem more frequently.  

Most of your buyers will receive it just fine. This person just seems to be having some trouble for whatever reason and it's most likely their email that is the issue. The only thing you can do is try to email it to them yourself or attach the document to a convo and send it that way.

I know I have not been getting any Etsy emails for purchases made.
