The buy shipping is suspended for international order but on checking on my star seller it says ontime shipping 98% from 100% it is not my fault that we are facing issue with royalmail for shipping internationally why should I be hit on my star seller performance matrics !!!!
You could also use a different shipper and manually mark as shipped and add tracking.
Parcelforce is still sending internationally and I have read that the Post office have negotiated a discount for the duration of the problem.
Other couriers are also sending internationally
You have options
1. cancel and refund
2. use a different shipper
3. contact the customer and ask if they are OK with a later dispatch date, if so, you can put it out, if it's not already past, but you may still have to end up cancelling.
...... for now, I would stop selling overseas, if you are only going to use Royal Mail, and don't re-open overseas, until at least a week after it's all fixed, so they can clear the backlog.

... you shouldn't be worrying about star seller, it doesn't do anything, you should be worried about good customer service, and the customers who have bought from you, expecting the items to be delivered., in your delivery times.

In order to get the SS badge you have to meet the SS criteria. If you can't ship an intl. order on time you need to push out the dispatch date or cancel the order.
Many UK sellers who use RM have stopped shipping internationally for the time being - do you think we are not being affected?? We have bigger things to worry about than Star Seller.

Hi I am not worried about it as it is not the most important thing but just wanted to share it here so can find some sort of soloution to it as for eg if etsy can stop the rm effected sellers from their materix calculator as everyone selling from the UK is affected, and what are the bigger things you are worried about ??

Yes that is waht we are trying to do and we have always focused on customer services rather than the star seller but this was a question that came in my head so just wanted to get some opinions that's all .
