Android searches are showing last page in algorithm malfunction

I have spoke to 5 top rated sellers in my industry and all of them confirm via my inbox messages that on android the algorithm is showing the last pages on the 1st pages and all top rated listings are missing , including all advertised listings . 

 

Can someone direct me to the the technical team or a specialist . 

or can the community leader which intervened prior help in any way
