Buy Now Button doesn't work?

What did I do wrong, as i got some messages from sellers, which want to buy, but by pressing the buy button they are not able to buy.

And this is what they send to me. Is this a standard message from Etsy or is this a fake/scam.

Hello!!! I am interested in buying because I like the condition and price. But when I click the " Buy Now" button,

Etsy asks for the sellers emailadress. Can you please give me your Etsy Address to complete the purchase? Sincerely xxx

I already contacted Printify, but I am still waiting for an answer.

It’s a scam, just search email scam in the search box and loads of threads have been created about it

It a scam, search the forums, lots of them right now. Mark the message as spam.

Also, Red flag when they say interested in your product, not your hat, cup, picture whatever. It’s generic, and just sent out to as many as they can.
