Hi Y'all, I just started my shop and am trying to complete the requirement. As I fill in the Business Registration No. it did not allow me to continue using my BRN and so I tried using my Business License No. and got through to complete the whole store setup process. After 24 hours I encountered listing issues/error and was wondering why then I notice about a notification asking me to make changes on my Shop Manager Info in the Finances section. I went back and edited my BRN and submit it however my info has not updated and instead still has the Business License No.
The notification also stated I have only two re-verification tries and then my account will be locked. I'm also concerned if it also means being banned or something like that.
Can someone give me an advice on what format should I put in the BRN?
Do I also need to add my Tax Account No. cause I see it as optional?
