Bulk editing not working..AGAIN!!

Have tried multiple times to bulk edit the prices and it's not saving to my shop, will show on listings,after the edit, but when I refresh the listings page, it shows the original price and not the new price..and yes I have cleared the cache and restarted my computer

Mine hasn't worked for months. Many listings I can't even update quantities without going into the listing.

Yeah, having to end up just manually edit each one..have to love the support they give..

I have used the bulk editing for prices successfully.  Are you applying the change?  Are you clicking in the middle of the drop down menu to select what you want?

Are you using a browser and not the app? 

I just went and tried and it worked just fine.

Are you using Safari which can be problematic?  Using Firefox which also has issues at times with Etsy.   Have you cleaned out cache and cookies?  Rebooted.

yes im using chrome, cleaned the cache, rebooted. here's the process ive been doing, which it worked up until yesterday: checked the box for the items, clicked on "editing options", edit prices, changed the price, hit apply, it says it was updated..when i refreshed the listings page, the original price was back again. even have logged out and logged back in to try again. will try explorer and see if that does anything different. thanks for replying..if you see anything im missing i appreciate it.

update: tried with internet explorer, still the same issue..says my listings were updated, but when looking at the item or through the listings, reverts back to original price..ugh

Same issue here. Also receiving the not found banner at the top

Having the same issue too - and when I report it all I get is "As our team is working on it and you will be notified soon." - and when I point out that it's not a new issue ao why isn't it fixed, no reply.

Etsy are quck to take fees and hold sellers to high standards that they don'thold themselves to!

I have kind found a cheat work around for now, using the optimise prices tool (Which is a joke and wildly off) but I can search a key word to bring up listings and I can change them quicker than having to manually go into each lisitng!
