Just a quick warning to anyone who's recently introduced or bulk edited their domestic vs everywhere else pricing.
It may not have applied to all your listings.
I (reluctantly) split domestic from ROW & increased by 3% due to RM price hike & the fact I was already making a loss due to offering "free" UK delivery. The listing manager grid overview of all my listings showed different UK vs ROW on every listing so, all good, I thought! But I noticed when an order came through, some haven't actually updated. When I click into each listing, some have increased, some haven't split into 2 columns of pricing (ie they're still just showing one global price) & some have added the second column for UK but they're all at £0.00???
There seems to be no logic to which have updated & not. So I've got a fun job on my hands this weekend... going into each listing individually to check & edit pricing! Thanks Etsy!
(Also, I ran a sale last weekend which Etsy only advertised the T&Cs of. Nothing else, anywhere. Spoke to SEVEN different Etsy 'specialists' who couldn't/wouldn't a) listen/read or b) help, so I'm loathe to try complaining again for answers about this bug. What good will it do??)
Just thought I'd give you guys a heads' up, in case anyone's in the same boat as me & isn't having enough fun already

In the upper corner of your listing page, there is a button that says "return to old version". You have to make sure that both the "new" version of that screen and the "old" version match. I had a similar problem a few weeks ago. Etsy support was no help, I finally figured it out myself. I alerted them to this glitch and I guess nothing has been done since then. I hope this helps you so you don't have to go through every listing!
Ahh bless you! Thanks so much for this info! X
Hi again, I'm a bit confused. I can only see the new vs old in regards to the listings manager in each individual listing? The price updates don't appear regardless of which version I'm using. Am I misunderstanding something?
Whenever I do a bulk edit on pricing, I always check every one! I guess I never trusted it.
Sensible! That's a lot of listings to have to check though!
I don't have anywhere near as many as you but the variations are causing me a headache, as the prices differ for each one. I've just posted hoping someone can tell me how to turn off Domestic & Global across all listings but fear I'm being too optimistic! Still, it'll be less work to do one click in each one than trying to manually apply new prices!
Gorgeous shop you have there by the way! x
