Hello, everyone! I hope your businesses are holding up well despite all these challenges.
I want to address a serious issue that's been preventing me from adding a new bank account. The bug seems to be related to the following section:
Finances / Payment settings / Edit / Account type:
Unfortunately, these two radio buttons are completely unresponsive. No matter what I try, they simply cannot be clicked. While I'm no expert in HTML, I've been learning C# and Python for a few months now. With that in mind, I decided to dive into the website's code. I noticed that the other two radio buttons for selecting the account currency are functioning properly and they possess a parameter called "aria-checked", which is strangely absent from the malfunctioning buttons. I believe this might be the root of the issue.
The significant problem I face is that I no longer have access to my old account. I was concerned about my funds getting automatically deposited into that outdated account, but I was assured that the link to that account had been removed. According to them, I should be able to update it to a new one. Unfortunately, this hasn't worked either. My old account remains, and I'm unable to make any updates.
I've been reaching out to "support" for about six weeks now, and unfortunately, I've received nothing substantial in return. All I've received are automated responses instructing me to try various solutions like clearing cookies or using a different browser. Needless to say, none of these suggestions have been effective.
Here's an excerpt from the latest email I received:

I'm apprehensive, though, as there's another seller who's been dealing with the exact same problem since November. She received a nearly identical email! This makes me question whether they're genuinely addressing the issue.
Thanks to this lack of effective assistance, I already found myself in doubt. I had to put my shop on vacation as I simply can't keep affording shippings or materials, and I don't want any more of my customer's money sitting on the shelf.
If any of you are experiencing the same problem, please do share your thoughts in the comments below.
Thank you in advance!
Quick update: Just today, they announced a conference with their investors, emphasizing that the platform will soon incorporate AI and machine learning. It's perplexing, isn't it? How can they tackle such technologies when they're struggling to resolve a simple HTML bug?
Hi, I'm facing the same problem with my etsy account. I sent them an email recently and I was told to "use a different device like a desktop or laptop and use a different browser like Chrome, Edge." But it's still not working. Please help if you can.
I'd be more than happy to help, but if I could, trust me, I would have already done it.
Should we get together and ask the media for help?
You know... they had no intention of solving the Reserves problem until the BBC had an eye on them and the social pressure mounted.
They've made very clear that the only important thing for them it's "their reputation". They repeat that like 30 times in all their financial reports and official planning

Sounds like the usual palm off when something is broken a tech guys haven't a clue -the same as reboot your PC and try again - gets you out of the queue and not their problem anymore. Typical problem from running code and testing in the live environment on live shops never a good idea. You could try chat
hahahahahha I've just noticed that this "Reply" code is also bugged
