Bug in Listings

Whenever I try to renew a listing with variations this message pops up after I hit the renew button: "Hm, we're having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support". I tried contacting Etsy support, but got bumped out of the chat for some reason and when I got back on there was no response, so maybe there's a bug there too. Before I got bumped out of the chat I was told to try clearing my cache, signing out and back on, try a different device and try a different browser. None of that worked. I finally figured out that if I switch to the old listing format I can renew listings with variations.

This has been reported  at various times recently and it is scary because what can we do come the 25th, when the old form goes away?

Sorry you are encountering issues ... yes, the new form sucks ... the old form rocks! 

I try to use the new form as much as possible, and sometimes it works (browser) and sometimes it doesn't (app).  When I have issues, I just go to the old form and it always works for me there.

Today while using the new form on the app, I was trying to publish a draft listing of a craft supply listing (quilt kit) and it would not let me list it without adding a production partner.  I thought woah, that's new, when did this change? because normally you do not need to list a PP for a craft supply.  I then tried it within the browser and had no issues at all. 

One can only wonder just how much chaos there will be come June 25th.  I'm thinking I may just take that day off!!

I had the same thing happen when I tried to edit variations. I went to the old form and had no issues. I have no idea what Etsy is thinking rolling out this new form with so many issues.
