Is anyone else getting 'you have been blocked ' message? This is the first time it has happened to me. I was working on my team forums when I got the message. I have already sent a message to Etsy support.
I had this a week or so ago - blocked because I was clicking faster than a human could do and that a bot was on the same IP address (or words to that effect) I logged out of my account, cleared my cache and logged back in with 2FA and everything was as normal.
No, but sounds like whoever you are trying to message blocked you. Or did the blocked warning just appear without trying to message?

There have been several glitches with the messaging, from messages going into spam automatically, so maybe it is related.
They did change some sections the other day which could have caused the issues. The changed the move to spam section to report

This has happened twice to me. This time right after I clicked "purchase" to a customer shipping label. The chat person, after 30 minutes and several of the BLOCKED screen shots, told me it was my browser. I tried on a recently bought computer, Ipad and phone. All were blocked. Yes, I type fast but this guy assured me that my shop is fine. It is NOT. This happened a few months back and it is a BOT issue. Everyone types fast on a desktop or ipad. So, I have a blocked shop and bought a ship label that I cannot access. Honestly, very frustrating.
