When I try to read my messages all I'm getting is a blank page.... I can respond just fine but the only way to read the message is in the notification email I get.
@LittleDevilDesigns : Are you having this issue using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.

That odd @LittleDevilDesigns i can see mine on my laptop no problem and use the same as you, can you try using chrome? Or restarting desktop
I just realized that it's actually only one customer's message and all of the others are working fine.... still weird but I guess I won't worry about it too much (unless it starts happening to more of them). I tried Chrome and restarting but it's still blank (just the one).
Also, I replied to that message because I was able to read what it said in the email but as soon as I sent my reply it also disappeared.
I'm having this same issue right now.
