Blank Dashboard

I have a blank screen... I can see ETSY Sold and Messages and all other aspects of ETSY Dashboard from my laptop, ipad and phone, but not from my desktop, which I use to print shipping labels from. I have turned off desktop 10 times, and it has not been fixed.

It is not a 'desktop' issue, as I don't have any issues with other websites from my laptop, its only with ETSY

I have noticed, though, that from my ipad and phone, there is some new "ETSY alert" on top of every message and some new buttons, maybe that is throwing off my dashboard on the laptop? Can ETSY Tech look into what they are pushing out to insure it does not compromise seller accounts. Please remove any tests they are making that may be causing this issue (which am sure am not alone).  Since I use my desktop to print shipping labels, I had to reschedule 87 orders that were to ship today, until I am able to see the orders or the messages.

Make sure your internet security and virus updates have downloaded installed correctly, this could affect several websites and prevent them from loading properly or opening altogether.

Also log out from your desk top and clear your cookies and cache at the same time, then restart your desktop and log back in

thanks... done all that.. not working... all other websites have no issue, its only ETSY

thanks... done that too... I have google chrome, but cleared all ETSY and still have the issue. No other website has issues (amazon, ebay, etc etc etc) only ETSY

also, no other ETSY page has this issue... I can see ETSY front page, I can see this forum, I can see ETSY help, Finance... I can't see ORDERS or MESSAGES

Are you using any browser extensions or plug ins? (such as pop up blockers) if so, go and disable all of them and see if that helps.

This is clearly an Etsy issue as many people, including me, have this issue.  It hasn’t resolved at all and now I can’t print labels or see my orders properly. A real mess!

Yes, I get that, but sometimes 3rd party plug-ins and extensions can interfere with another website and stop the webpage from loading. Sometimes you have to do some investigating first (technical people call this 'debugging'). If Etsy support cannot recreate the issue then it's less likely they will be able to fix it.

I have the same issue. Can open it in Safari but can't in Google Chrome. I'm hoping that Etsy will correct this issue by the morning.

I’m working from an iPad, and my shop is all messed up. I can’t see anyone else’s shop front properly either. Just huge pictures one after the other.  I can’t get into my orders or dashboard. Awful.

thanks for everyone's help... it magically got fixed overnight.. appears to have been an ETSY issue not anything with browser, plug in, APP, laptop, etc... when everything else works, and other ETSY pages appear OK, it is usually an ETSY issue...
