Black photos

My shop has black photos showing in a couple listings. This also correlates with decreased traffic and sales. I see others are having this problem but want to report it for my shop.

This seem to be a glitch, I`ve had these too. To fix that I just cropped the images a bit in the listing via the "Crop" button!

There's another post about this. It's been going on a while. Etsy are looking into it so fingers crossed it gets sorted. I've had coloured squares, black squares and close ups. Yesterday it seemed to be sorted but today it's back again.

Same problem here! Also, the font style and size for a listing's title are the same as the product's description...small? Titles should be the largest text for the listing. I don't think this is a test and probably related to the same problem with the images.

Historically product titles are always the largest text because it's the most relevant and important information for the listing. I tried 3 different browsers, all with the same results.

I am having this problem as well.  Also, some photos are not showing on my orders.  The listing description shows up but not the photos of the purchased item.

I'm not getting black squares but I am getting a thin pink line on the far right side of some of my photos, but not all.

I also have pink lines on the far right of my listings. All of a sudden I'm not getting sales...what the heck

Does anyone's shop appear "lights out"? to correlate with the black photos showing up? I have been in contact with Etsy help regarding the black photos and other glitches in loading orders my shop is having.
