Anyone else having trouble getting an error notification when trying to change billing credit card using visa
Are you adding the new one and making it default before you remove the old one.

You can't delete the old one until you add the new one and make that one the default. Add the new number as a second card, then refresh the page and you should see a tick box beside the new one. Tick the box and the new card becomes the default, then you can remove the old card.
I've been emailing them about this issue since at least January. it's an "engineering issue".
No support at all. I've incorporated and now cannot add my business credit card to my account, so any refunds continue to get charged to my personal credit card which is extremely frustrating.
I'm trying to add a business mastercard, it still seems to work fine on my personal visa
