Big translation issue that I have for days

Hi, I have a translation issue. I discover that my page is automatically just partly translated (french to english). In the options I choose Automatic Translation and also indicated that I am not an English speaking person. I saved with these parameters. I waited a day. All my items and others were written only in French. But the translation is just partly working on my page. I would to know if this happened to you and if you have a solution for me?

On your shop's main page I am advised that "Etsy automatically translates most text on the site to your preferred language." My preferred language is set to English (US). 
However, the only listing titles I see in English are your two Featured Items (& again where they are mixed with the remainder of the listings).
Changing to "see in original language" changes nothing - anywhere - in your shop.

On individual listings - for the two featured items I see everything in English. 

For listings where the titles are in French, if I go to the individual listing I must click on "translate to English" - this is displayed just above the item description. Then your title & description are translated into English.

On all listings I see the Details - Handmade, Materials, Gemstone, etc. in English whether the title is in French or English.

I don't know if this information helps you at all or not. I have seen this same thing in a few other shops but I cannot tell you why.

Thank you but really I did all in french, no mixing. I just want that the automatic translation work correctly but I really don't know why what is happening. So you saw already this with another sites. Perhaps there is a malfunction with Etsy...

So I am not alone! Esty support is telling me again and again to do what I have done several times. They are not willing to resolve the problem. They are letting me go crazy.

Bonjour, j'ai eu les mêmes problèmes de traduction français/anglais. Les traductions sont moyennes et parfois avec des contresens. Quand je m'en suis rendu compte, j'ai décidé de m'occuper moi-même de la version anglaise, toujours en ayant la version française comme version originale. C'est le seul moyen d'avoir des traductions correctes.

Vous avez eu des problèmes de mauvaises traductions ou des problèmes de fiches traduites et d'autres non comme dans mon cas ?

Avec la traduction automatique, chaque fois que vous faites une modif. ne serait-ce que le prix, la traduction en anglais s'efface pendant environ 12 heures, le temps que le systeme verifie ce qui change.

Si votre anglais est approximatif, le mieux est de se servir de google traduction ou du site reverso. Ce sera toujours mieux que la traduction automatique de Etsy, et surtout, ca sera immediat.

Bonjour ! Donc vous me suggérer de tout traduire ? Même avec des traducteurs c'est super long non ? Si on doit traduire chaque fiche ça doit prendre beaucoup de temps !
