Etsy automatically translates listings for shoppers based on their region regardless of your default language. However, if text you’ve added to your listings isn’t in your default shop language, your items may not be properly indexed in search."
On your shop's main page I am advised that "Etsy automatically translates most text on the site to your preferred language." My preferred language is set to English (US).
However, the only listing titles I see in English are your two Featured Items (& again where they are mixed with the remainder of the listings).
Changing to "see in original language" changes nothing - anywhere - in your shop.
On individual listings - for the two featured items I see everything in English.
For listings where the titles are in French, if I go to the individual listing I must click on "translate to English" - this is displayed just above the item description. Then your title & description are translated into English.
On all listings I see the Details - Handmade, Materials, Gemstone, etc. in English whether the title is in French or English.
I don't know if this information helps you at all or not. I have seen this same thing in a few other shops but I cannot tell you why.
