Bestseller listings removed automatically due to violating Etsy's Creativity Standards

Hi!

Unfortunately Etsy has been disabling my bestseller rug listings for a past month. I have multible listings running for SEO A/B testing and every time a order is placed the listing is removed. Just a hour ago my bestseller listing which was created when I made the shop, with 2000 sold was disabled automatically. I have written numerous times to Etsy support and live chat without any response.

I have lost my best seller badge and Etsy seems to be have blocked my in live chat as I haven't got any response from them for past 15 days, the chat is just empty.

My first message was 19 days ago (ID: #17283554), which still doesn't have response.

I have found my product photos stolen in Temu, Shein, Alibaba and Aliexpress. There was like 9 listings in Aliexpress, 6 listings in Alibaba and some more in Shein and Temu. I have DMCA striked all those sites and got it clean for a day. The next day 3 new listings popped up in Aliexpress.

Also, I have sent Etsy all the pictures and videos on the rug production for a proof. Also, contacted lawyer regarding this issue and she is preparing the paperwork.

When my first child was born, then I designed organic play rug that can be used without any fear of toxic chechicals or plastics as most of "car rugs" and full of different chemicals that are harmful for children. Worked my business up in Etsy and once the product got popular it has been started copied in China and sold in those sites. It's a hard job to think something new and stop others coping it and I thought Etsy was a place for creativity, but now Etsy thinks I sell those cheap copies and disables all my listings because chinese companies have stolen my design and all the pictures.

Does anyone has any advice how to get any response from Etsy and stop their broken automatic system ruining a handmade business?

Also, are there any more fraud sites that I should keep an I on? I have used picture search in Temu, Shein, Alibaba and Aliexpress.

I haven't heard from a human @ Etsy re this myself and posts on forum get shut down by Etsy saying they will get in touch by email. I've read some people have had their listings reinstated but the response time seems to be getting longer and longer (weeks, if not months). The best advice I've had was to keep trying.
