A customer notified me they are unable to download an item to their basket as an error message occurs
she deleted and re-download her app but with no difference.
my hubby tried to order and succeeded. I tried myself (as a customer) and got the same error message as my customer .
another friend tried and could only order on her web browser and not her app.
We both have the updated version of the app
concerned with Xmas coming I am going to lose many orders as most people order on their mobile phones
any suggestions please??
People can order on their phones without using the app, but it all depends if they bother to visit the website via a browser.
I don't tend to use the app to run my shop I find it too clumsy. I'm talking about the old one as I haven't downloaded the newer version.
What error message occurs? Were you all trying to put the same item in the basket?
