I have added a big banner (1600 px x 400 px - as recommended by etsy) to my shop and it loads fine on a desktop, but I cannot see my banner in the mobile app. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks so much in advance!
I don't think there is anything to fix. I'm pretty sure banners just don't show /don't work on the app. They only show on desktop/laptop full site or on browser on mobile devices.
Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.

Haha, you're right! I got confused when I clicked on somebody else's etsy link from instagram and saw it there thinking I was in the app. Thanks for the response!
Hi, I have the same problem as you, the banner doesn’t show in the app, only on my desktop. But it’s not true that they generally don’t show in the app. I’ve checked several shops (via the app) and their banner shows. Have you solved the problem?
So they have Etsy Plus which costs 10+ USD per month and offers more options of shop banners (carrousel, etc.) and I just found out it doesn't work on the app which is where most buyers come from. Interesting Etsy, interesting.
