Bank account seems verified on payment settings but dashboard says it isn't

on my dashboard, I see that my shop is suspended because of bank account verification, but I had verified this bank account two years ago,

and when I enter payment settings I see that the bank account is verified. Also, there is nothing sent new to my bank account.

So I couldn’t understand what to do. It seems it is a mistake since I use this bank account for more than 2 years.
