Bank account issue

I have had an open support ticket ID: #18609151 for 18 days regarding an incorrect bank account number associated with my payout account. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, the responses I’ve received have been generic and unhelpful, often suggesting the problem lies with my bank.

To clarify, I’ve verified with my bank, and they confirm that there are no links between my account and Etsy. Additionally, I’ve confirmed with Plaid that the account in question is not associated with Etsy either.

This situation has become urgent as I’ve already had funds deducted from my account, and I have no idea where they were sent. I am requesting to speak with a representative who can provide direct assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

Please prioritize this issue, as it involves sensitive financial details and ongoing disruptions to my business operations.

You really need to read the handbook about what you can and can't sell here.  You CANNOT sell items like this - you didn't make them or design them, they are not a supply and they are not vintage. Not allowed on Etsy.

I did not state that I personally handmade the items. PrairiePrimitives, for example, did you handcraft the magazines, books, or primitive boxes? My point is that many sellers do not create the items they offer from start to finish. For instance, if you sell a t-shirt with a heat transfer design, you are not manufacturing the shirt itself."

The magazines I recently sold are vintage. As I've shared previously, vintage items over 20 years of age have always been allowed on Etsy.

Which primitive boxes are you referring to? The fabric covered boxes which are currently in my shop? These are handmade by me. Since you feel the need to question "how handmade they are," I did not make the actual box (but that's never been an Etsy rule). I did select & coordinate the fabric and cover the boxes with the fabric, and that makes them handmade. 

Etsy does not require that handmade sellers create their supplies. Why don't you ask if I made the antique quilts I use for the hearts in my shop? LOL!

No, you're not drop shipping.  You are reselling though.  Read the second paragraph of the link I provided regarding reselling.  Maybe this Help article will explain:

I'm selling vintage; technically, it's 'reselling' things I did not make, but since my stuff is over 20 years old, it's not the same as what you're doing.

Please point out which of my listings are not vintage or a supply.

@RatsNestStore you can gaslight as much as you like but it doesn't change the facts. What you are selling is not permitted on Etsy. That's it. You are breaking the rules and can expect consequences.

It’s not about profit for me—I genuinely enjoy the concept of ‘ducking’ and how a small gesture like receiving a duck can brighten someone’s day. The t-shirts are simply a hobby; I’m a self-proclaimed t-shirt enthusiast and wanted to share that passion by offering them at great prices.

I’ve invested significant time and money into this store to provide a wide variety of items, but if the store ends up being shut down, I’ll likely explore creating an app or my own website. That said, I suspect there may already be multiple reports against me.

Well, there is certainly a lot of "back and forth" in this thread, but I suspect the OP is just hitting balls back over the net which have already been winners for the player on the other side

Apart from the "handmade" discussion, I wonder what Tay Tay's IP Lawyers would think about "Tail-Rrr - "Splash It Off!" Rubber Duck"???
