Bank Details EDIT button missing - cannot receive payments

Hi all,

Would like advice (again) please!

Etsy unlinked my bank account a week ago due to a potential hacking concern (caused by 2FA problem, not hacking), and emailed me to say I needed to go on the platform and update my bank details.

However this cannot be done because the EDIT button is missing on the Payment Setting tab.

I opened a Support query on email 2 days ago, but no response. Also tried to contact Support on the chat - no response.

There is over €1000 of my money blocked in the payment system that needs to be transferred to my bank account.

I've seen lots of OPs about this issue. Can anyone tell me how their issue was resolved?

FYI I now have three separate Support tickets open at the moment for 3 different issues, all related to the 2FA issue that locked me out of my account (have posted twice in this forum about it all).

Etsy also owe me a chunk of change for accidentally somehow reactivating all my sold out items (1500!) to the value of over €400. Again, I opened a Support query on email, tried to get hold of someone through the chat - no response.

What else can I do?

Don't keep opening new support tickets.

Re: Bank Details EDIT button missing - cannot receive payments

So, one support ticket is the way to go for 4+ different issues?

I’m asking because the 2FA case I opened last week was abandoned just as soon as the support person decided the job was completed (spoiler - it wasn’t). He didn’t end the email chain asking if I had further questions nor sign off; he just stopped responding.

Yes, they got me logged back on to my dashboard, but doing so unleashed multiple problems and this particular Trust & Security team member didn’t hang around to find out …

- the missing edit button

- reactivating 1500 sold-out listings. Still have many questions about if this issue is put to bed.

- overcharging me hundreds $$ in bogus listing fees for the above

- two sellers on this forum have had their baskets corrupted by trying to help me to test if the system would let customers purchase the sold-out items. Now the items cannot be removed and they’re stuck with the bugged items in their baskets.

Based on the above my question is  —->  just one ticket & try to persuade the support person to address all issues in one go?

Or open several cases & deal with issues separately?

Any advice?
