Bank Deposit

My Etsy account shows that a large deposit was sent to my bank this morning.  I checked my bank account tonight and only about half of it is showing deposited.   If the rest doesn't show up, can you actually talk to anyone at Etsy?

I opened a new shop in October.  My first deposit was scheduled for December 4th.  According to my account there are no holds on funds, but I did not receive a deposit for December.  There should have been nearly $700 deposited after the fees were subtracted.  Now my account shows the new deposit is January 6, 2025.  How can I contact Etsy to find out what happened to the funds I should have received December 4th?

If you have not received an e-mail saying it is on it's way

and there is no "deposit" line in the payment account, then etsy hasn't sent it

How long after your first sale did you get a deposit.  My first sale was on October 30th, I have over $1,000 dollars available in Etsy for deposit but I have not received a payment yet.

you will be on a 14-20 day hold

etsy takes fees straight away, but holds on to sale money

you will not get anything available to deposit, until

your fees -TO-DATE are greater than your sales up to 14-20 days ago
