Badges listing have expired but they remain listed

I have two badges whose listing expired in February 2022 and a load more who listing expired in February 2023.

All badges still remain listed on my shop!

BTW.  Etsy say they can't reactivate ones they have pulled for alleged rules infringement.  Don't believe them, they just did !

Renewal options...

Can be set to "auto-renew" or "manually renew".

I think when creating a listing, the button for selecting "auto-renew" is automatically ticked, you then must select "manual renew" instead.

I do not use the auto renew.  Everything is set for manual renew.    Besides, if they auto renewed then they would have an updated expiration date.

I don't have any on auto renew, I am trying to run down my shop and transition to my own web site as each one expires

All my listings are set to manual renew however I have about 10 which have not expired yet but should have. I think it's a bug. I'm not complaining. They still appear to be searchable. If you want you can force them to renew by doing it manually as if they had expired but I'm not sure if that would be a benefit.

I have several on auto renew that haven't renewed. Weird thing is some will renew when they should and others don't. Since they do seem to show up in search results I have just left them alone. Others have posted the same thing here in the forums over the last few months.
