Etsy contact - cannot send a message until I do not get Last four digits of your taxpayer ID

Hi Etsy sellers!

I would like to ask you, who does not have VAT ID or other ID as a seller, how can I contact direcly Etsy??

I did not meet to requirements as a seller based in Slovakia when Etsy has started to require theese informations, that means I do not have it at all.

But I have a serious issue that I have to solve with Etsy and I cannot contact them until I do not give it (there are some fields that I have to fill out as shop name, last four digits of the bank account number associated with my Etsy shop and the mentioned taxpayer ID (ex. SSN, VAT, ITIN).

Can you help me what should I do to resolve this issue?

It is crazy that a seller is not able to contact them easily....

From a google search it looks like you should have a Rodné číslo

TIN is issued only for (individuals and entities) persons who perform business activities and who have an obligation to register at local tax office. If an individual does not have a TIN then a unique birth identification number (“Rodné Cislo”) is used for tax purposes.

or Číslo občianskeho preukazu, or possibly the newer BIFO - bezvýznamový identifikátor fyzickej osoby
