Bad gateway banner when editing listings

Is anyone else experiencing this or has experienced this in the past? People cannot purchase some of my listings but they are still showing up in search. When I go to open these listings I’m unable to edit them and a red banner pops up at the top saying “bad gateway”. 

I’ve reached out to Etsy support but it seems they have so many requests it’s going to take a while to get to us.

Bad gateway errors can have many different causes, often having to do with your ISP or device, rather than with Etsy. More info available through a Google search, including possible solutions, as included here:

I'm having the same issue and etsy love to say its an error your side but all other listings work - its an issue a few people are having at to dat there is no support help.

@PerfectMatchShop: If you are experiencing this using a browser, have you tried a different browser? This may or may not apply to your situation, but there have been reports that some browser extensions do not play nice with Etsy (ad blockers and SaleSamurai have been specifically mentioned).

I've tried other browsers, other computers, devices, you name it. It's definitely not my end. The sad thing is, the listing has me at top seller for that vintage item for all of Etsy.

I've called Etsy numerous times and the customer service rep is polite but all they can do is "put in a ticket," which has been done many times without response or resolve. 

Now, I work my regular job for the Federal Government, and if you think they're messed up... well they're not nearly as bad as Etsy's (lack of) tech support.

Mine was also top seller. Had to give up and make a new listing as had no help from etsy. Happy to take the commission though
