Has anyone ever found a channel to get actual customer service from Etsy? I have literally submitted 7 support requests and sent about 50 emails over TWO years, and I just continue to be sent into looping conversations that are clearly bots or scripted. @etsy - the worst!!!

Ask here in the forums. You won't get a response for some things--especially if the answer can be found elsewhere.
I've recently read that support is referring sellers to the forums for active assistance....very disappointing since we're also just sellers and can't do anything with account issues.
I do think if you've submitted several different requests, that is potentially your issue - you'll want to escalate the same ticket repeatedly instead of creating a new ticket.
Were you opening up new support requests for the same issue? It's usually best to respond to the first reply to Etsy that you still need help, if their reply didn't help you. That first reply is often a script with generic answers, & many times it doesn't help the seller. But yeah, Etsy support can be pretty terrible at times. You may get much better help in the forums from other sellers, although there are certain tech issues that only Etsy can address.
If you go through the contact help center, you can also request a phone call back to speak with a person. Sometimes they are just script readers too though.
