My Saturday (yesterday) sales are not included in my "Available for Payment", BUT are showing correctly under my "Current Balance". Normally my Saturday sales would be available for payment on Sunday (today). I'm not sure what is going on.
Not exactly. Funds from sales on Saturday & Sunday move to 'available for deposit' the day after just like any other day of the week. They won't actually be deposited until the next deposit day but they will move to 'available for deposit' the day after the sale.
I think you are all misunderstanding. My sales from the previous day are always included in my "Available for Deposit" funds the following day. In this case, TODAY, my sales from yesterday are not included in my "Available for Deposit" balance. My sales from yesterday are missing.
Not sure if this even applies but the only thing I can think is perhaps a time zone issue? I'm in California so there is a 3 hour time difference which can impact orders received after 9pm my time since sales show up in etsy time. So a sale I made late last night is showing Sunday (today) as the order date not Saturday and those funds won't move to available for deposit until Monday.
@thedecadentdog hmm ok well scratch that idea. Did the orders maybe take some time to process or did they process quickly? (I'm totally grasping at straws here lol)
That definitely doesn't sound normal then. The only other thing I can suggest is to reach out to etsy support and see if they can help make sense of it or have some explanation for it.
@thedecadentdog You may want to reach out to chat support to have the finance team check it out. Also, did you check your orders to make sure there isn't a payment pending on one of them?
It is the same for me. Maybe it will update tomorrow morning. I wouldnt' stress too much about it right now over the weekend and the financial mess that just happened. If it isn't available tomorrow I will contact them via chat to ask. You can do the same.
Mine is the same , however, the sale "last night" came at right on the "Edge" of "today". IN fact the fees are even broken up between the 2 days so I just figured it was one of those things on "the edge" of both days.
Okay, finally got someone decent in the Etsy Support Chat. The order in question was placed at 11:19 EST and therefore rolled to today. If you go down through the list of orders in your "Finances" tab those that are not included in your "Available for Deposit" balance will show a date when they are available. In my case, that one order will show tomorrow with the rest of my orders that were placed today. Sorry for the 911, but with everything going on it made me nervous. Thanks for all the help!!!
