Hi, I am wondering if anyone have experienced this issue; I have reached the minimum balance for deposit but Etsy doesn't send the funds to my bank. the notification below available balance says "the minimum to receive a deposit is 20 MAD" I have 2500 MAD and there is no bank issue no reserve.
My account looks like if it is suspended because Etsy shat support doesn't reply to me as well as email support, but my shop still active, I still get orders as well.
