Autoresponse didn't work

I received a response rate deficiency for allegedly not responding in a timely manner to a request from a customer. The customer had canceled the order and I did so on the same day and also wrote her a message about it. She thanked us for the quick processing. I didn't answer that anymore because a) I have an auto response  that's answering within 24 h and that was the end of the matter for me. I ask that this defect be removed - it' costs me a star - because I have done everything promptly and correctly and it isn't my fault when the auto response is not working correctly! Please check that and help.

I think auto-response has to be reset after 5 days, it may be 7 not sure

I also had issues with my auto-reply not working starting 2 weeks ago. I set it to run over the weekend, but it was not responding to every message that came in. At first it looked like it was not replying to message threads. But it ended up just being hit & miss. Some messages would get a reply & others wouldn't. I was able to reply to the messages that didn't get the auto-reply within 24 hours. But the whole point of auto-reply is that it answers for you!
