Jump to solution

Good evening

I hope that you are all well. This evening I have noticed that all my listings are set to auto renew, however I had set them all to manual. Has something be changed or is this a bug in my shop? Thank you so much you any help.

You can easily change them back to manual.

Go to your listings page and select all - click Editing Options across the top - select change renewal options - Click Manual - click Apply

Do this for each page of listings

@RebekahAnnUK  - From time to time a glitch occurs & yes listings will suddenly go back to the default of automatic renewal. It's been happening for years. Many shop owners check this setting on a regular basis & bulk edit if necessary.

Hi. You can just click on the tiny arrow next to "select all" box and an offer will pop out you can select then just the page or all listing

Yes you have to check and manually put them back to Manual every now and then, because Etsy keeps sneaking them onto Automatic when you are not looking.

Send reminders every 2 weeks / 1 month to select all > edit > set to manual renew

Unfortunately, this is the best solution I've found to this "glitch" that can coincidentally net Etsy more money if not attended to.
