Auto Reply Issue - Lost Quick Response Badge

Hey!

I have the weekly auto replies turned on for my shop and I missed one message which gave me a lower percentage for my star seller badge. I thought my auto-reply would have helped me catch that and I thought it counted for the Star Seller. I spoke with someone on the chat system and they advised me to enter a message here.

I appreciate your help!

They just send you here to get rid of you.  We are only your peers and while we can sometimes sympathize we can't do anything to help.  Auto reply is only good for a certain amount of time (whatever you choose) and it DOES NOT substitute for answering messages.

Auto reply counts as a reply as far as Star Seller is concerned. I read this to mean OP had Auto Reply on, an auto reply was sent, but OP was erroneously dinged for a late reply and lost her Star Seller badge.

Mark the message you missed as spam. It will cease being calculated against your SS messages response badge. It can take a few days to update.
