Message Response rate

I need help.

My message response rate hasn't been updated for sometime now.  I was hoping I can get star seller rating back this month, but it is not happening because Etsy hasn’t  updated it.   Does this happen to you?  What should I do?  Thanks

@QuirkyWishesCompany: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for February Star)? When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not. Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.

When I have lost the SS it has been my own fault - to a point. The shipping time and the message response should be in the bag. My issue comes from any one star review I would receive. With many non-readers, it is always possible. If you check your SS stats on a regular basis, you would have seen your percentage was lower than 100% prior to today. If you catch it early enough, whatever message that they are insisting that you did not respond to, you can SPAM it. I agree with the updating taking forever. I know I answered more questions that Etsy is stating in the three month period. And auto reply does not count toward your total number.
