Auto Payments not made today as scheduled

Hi, Auto payment to our bank account was not made today as scheduled. The system now says 'next payment due February 24th. What has happened to today's payment? We have a second shop and the same thing is showing there. Can somebody please investigate why we have not received funds today as scheduled. Thank you.

The payment for today has not been missed

The first step in the transfer process is the date is changed

The next step is that you receive an email to say your funds are being transferred. This can take a few minutes or an hour or so.

From the number of complaints in the forums recently this step seems to be taking longer than it used to -- but the funds are still sent on the correct day

Have checked with our bank. No monies received today from Etsy.

You seem to misunderstand the issue, the issue is not a payment delay and has nothing to do with ouitdated card information..

Etst are not sending funds on the date requested, for example, my payments are sent weekly, but for some reason the past two weeks the payments have not happened, instead of a weekly date, the date given for weekly payments is that of the following week, so in effect the weekly payments are being sent on a biweekly basis.

It's a national and banking holiday in the US. Etsy is a US company.

Check your payment account and you'll probably see that the next deposit is scheduled for Tuesday

Mine was the same and it was actually scheduled for the following week so just ask for it now and being paid next working day

That is the same as me, I've asked for the deposit to be made tomorrow. I was going to set my payments daily but I see others that use this setting are also having problems.

I'm struggling to find a way to report it, Etsy have very limited customer service options!

It's a holiday in the US and banks are closed. US sellers definitely do not have deposits initiated today and it might be the same for everyone.

We are in the US and our deposit was made today.
