I saw in my Payment Settings section today that my account verification failed (‘we were unable to deposit to your account’), although I didn’t get an email about it.
I’ve seen a lot of posts on here and other forums about Australian shops in particular facing challenges with bank account verification, and Commbank is often mentioned.
The message from Etsy gives no details as to what the problem could be, so all I can do is add the same account details again.
The name on the bank account and the legal name of the business on Etsy are an exact match.
Can any Aussie sellers share any more insights?
