Trying to work on adding listings today and the drop down box for categories does not work. Any one else having this issue today? This is odd...i'm on a desk top, not the phone.
I normally only list vintage jewelry but I came into some jewelry supplies and it wont let me choose a category I have selected it is a supply or tool to make something. It can't find any clasps category. says I can add my own and has no options. cannot save as draft for later. It's the Holiday season why can't Etsy just leave things alone.
if you go to your shop management, and then in the columns on the left you can enter your shop like a buyer would see it, then click on a listed item and at the top right if you go to edit, you can use the old way of lisiting that has so many more oprtions, this is the old system, its the only way to access it, hope this helps.
Cant upload pics with android phone now!!! Been messed up for days! HOW DOES SOMEONE GET ANY HELP AROUND HERE??? i see MANY of us can't upload pics now, they changed something in the last few days! GRRRRRRR
I have the same issue. AND on postage it can only select the top option too so I basically just gave away an item for free because I couldn't select cheaper postage :)) love that
