Wow...this one is rough for me. I attach images of mock-ups for custom rug orders. Previously, when attaching the images, they can be seen as a thumbnail and when you click on them, they enlarge to see the entire image regardless of what type of device the recipient is using. Sometime between yesterday and today, that changed. When I attached an image, it posts as the thumbnail, as usual, and if you click on it, using a desk top or laptop, the image enlarges to show the whole image but on a phone (or at least on my phone) when you click on the image, it only makes the thumbnail larger. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I found a (sort of) workaround by making the image fit into a small square but this can't be a long term solution because it won't work for rug runners.

Hi Jennifer, Giving you a Bump. I use a desktop computer. I normally don't send images attached in Messages. But a few days ago, another Seller asked to see a photo of my Dragon Soft Sculpture. I attached the photo in the Message, and it went in its entirety (desktop computer). I don't know what she used to view it, but she was able to.

Yes, I only use a desktop computer. So far have had no problems with my attachments being viewed by the customer. I actually can see the complete proof after it was sent. When I click on the picture it opens up to my full screen.
Thanks for the bump and the quick response. I only use my laptop to create mock-ups so no issues there. I made one mock-up for a client yesterday and no issues when opened on a phone. I make a new one today for the same client and it was cropped (only on the phone) with no way to see the full image. I don't know how many clients only use their phones to communicate but I'm sure it's quite a few. I'm hoping it's a glitch and will resolve itself in time.
I have the same problem but mine goes back to July and hasn’t fixed yet. I’m on an iphone. but i’ve messaged with many customers. some have the problem and some don’t and it doesn’t seem to be limited to iphones. but it is only on the app not on desktop /browser version. i’ve reported it to Etsy support many times. There are no help. They only thing they tell me is to delete and re-download the app that doesn’t work.
