Are reviews deleted when users delete account?

My Dashboard said I had a new review. When I tried to view it I got the dashboard again. I got "no such user" when I looked at the purchasers name. So are reviews deleted when a user deletes their account, why?  If so I supposed star seller state are also affected.

If the buyer left a review it will stay even if they delete their account.

The user's name switches to Anonymous.

After a buyer deletes their account their username will now say 'inactive'.  When Etsy changed something about the review system approximately 10 years ago, almost all the usernames on prior reviews were changed to Anonymous.

Could be an Etsy test gone astray if you got a message and no sign of a new review

I always check my reviews from my shop home page as the dashboard can be misleading.

If it was from the beginning of April then my guess would be the review from X1X3. Looks like they are no longer selling.
