I've already submitted a Help Report to Etsy, but are any other Sellers able to Report a Review? When I click on the link under the unfair review, the whole screen goes gray and I am unable to enter anything in the box that pops up. I've never had this happen before. I've cleared my cache/cookies and attempted this on Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge on my computer as well as on my husband's computer. It happens when I attempt to click on the "Report This Review" link for any Review. HELP! This problem was not my fault and it is messing up my great Reviews.
BEFORE YOU REPLY -- PLEASE NOTE that I am talking about a TECHNICAL BUG and *not* about whether or not Etsy will remove this review. The link itself does not work. I am unable to report the review for that reason.
OMGosh, people, please read the OP's post:

Etsy won’t remove that review because it doesn’t qualify for removal.
That's not what Etsy told me. I've been told that the engineers are working on a solution after I attempted it on 3 different platforms and after clearing my cache/cookies, etc. I'm supposed to be able to report a bad review (1-star) so Etsy can determine if it is against Etsy policies. As it stands now, I simply cannot report it.
It doesn't mention the shipper, so it doesn't violate policy. It just says they didn't get it. That could mean any number of things.
Etsy has been hiring a bunch of new staff, people get lots of incorrect information.
Good luck though. Hope you get it resolved.
@ AmySueCrafts Then I think the review would have been removed. There are limited reasons Etsy removes them.
Yes, I understand that. The problem is that I cannot REPORT the Review... the link doesn't work. If I could report it, I wouldn't be here. I totally understand that Etsy sometimes won't remove a 1-star review, but this one is the fault of a third party (USPS). Tracking shows it was delivered. Again, this is a TECHNICAL BUG issue that I am reporting here... not whether or not I agree with Etsy's decision, because Etsy cannot make a decision about the Review if I cannot submit the report itself.
Did you already report the review? That may be why. They won't remove the review so I would just forget about it and move on. No matter what "Etsy told you", it was probably a CS rep who doesn't know what she is talking about. Respond to the review if you want, but nothing will be done about it.
No, I have not reported the review (previously or otherwise) because I cannot -- the link doesn't work.
Mine stays greyed out too, but I don't have a review less than 3 stars, so maybe that's not helpful.
Did you ever get an answer to this- having the same problem.
I have reported a same review twice today, but I did not get any answer from Etsy... so I dont know...
@planNgo The review does not fall under the narrow reasons Etsy uses for removing reviews. The buyer has the riight to their opinion and is protected by the Consumer Act for reviews.
I have not received a reply from Etsy and I still cannot report the review either.
@AmySueCrafts where did you try to report? On your shop page or via orders?
You answered the review? That may be why you can't report it and ETsy cannot remove it.
For one thing it does not fall under for removal. And the other whether or not is a bug, Etsy seems to have trouble at removing.
Never answer reviews until you have reported the review.
Oops and also the article says not to talk about the review in the forums.
Having the same issue too, the link to report the review doesn't work - the pop up appears but is greyed out and I cannot click on it.
Are you using the app? Try a computer or the web version.
Well that sucks.
Hopefully the buyer will come back to amend this as soon as they arrive.
Don't be in a hurry to respond.
@AmySueCrafts - There is nothing to report on your review - no mention of USPS. Just that they didn't receive it. Very acceptable review as far as Etsy is concerned.
By the way, insurance is for your benefit. Your customers have their payment processors as their insurance. No savvy buyer will ever buy insurance as suggested by seller because they don't need to - their credit card, bank account or whoever processes their payment has their back.
Another thing, delivered does not always mean "delivered" NOR does it mean "delivered" to the right person/address. Good customer service suggests that the shipper (because they are responsible for seeing that packages do get there, in spite of disclaimers that they are not) check with the customer's post office to get GPS coordinates to make sure it was delivered correctly.
I'm well aware of USPS delivery issues. I've submitted 2 searches already with USPS attempting to help this customer. I don't need a lecture; I've been a Seller for many years.

I give up.
I’m having the same issue - I only get a greyed out version of the reporting screen that’s not updatable. They really need to fix this!
Me too. I have a buyer reviewing their ability to use my item. They never messaged me for help. They're essentially reviewing themselves. Not sure if Etsy will remove it but that's not the point. I would like to be able to try to report it but it's just the greyed out screen.
