If you use a POD company, all artwork on your listings must be your original designs. Not downloaded for free or purchased online, not from Canva or any other place.
Reindeer, blue birds, pandas and more - have you personally created these images? I found them online in just one click.
you can email etsy asking for more help, here: (i dug this off my seller dashboard, go down to 'help - contact us- etc - until you find "i need more help" and find the email link, this link may be tagged to my personal seller account, so you may have to go looking on your own dashboard for the link, apologies)

if you are a star seller, you may have access to their chat feature.... also an option... although only 'canned copy&paste' responses
