Etsy has suspended my account again after I finally managed to get them to unsuspend it. They are now failing to respond to my messages. I've opened multiple cases in the hope that one agent might do something.
Does anyone know how to escalate issues with Etsy if their support team are failing to do their jobs?
Cheers

Which account are you referring to?
Your TontoAndLincoln shop appears to be active.
A different account, obviously.
@TontoAndLincoln @Amaradorn was trying to help you. Perhaps remove the word "obviously" from your response. Etsy's non existent customer service isn't her fault.
@TontoAndLincoln it's helpful for us to see the shop in question. Then we can offer advice when we have more info. For instance, perhaps your shop is not suspended but on forced vacation mode? There are different reasons why Etsy does this.
If your shop has been closed due to violating policies then it depends which policies have been violated. You may be able to appeal against a suspension, but you need to know why the shop was closed in order to address the issues and put it right.
@TontoAndLincoln Did you move from Australia? Was your other shop (which has been suspended) set up when you were living in Australia? Did you try to change the country of your shop and then it got suspended?
@TontoAndLincoln As Etsy rules are that all accounts must be declared on one's profile page, and you haven't declared your other shop, it was not at all "obvious" that you had one.
@TontoAndLincoln: "A different account, obviously." Are you familiar with Etsy's requirement that "you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account."? See https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017604474-How-to-Open-a-Second-Shop-on-Etsy?segment=selli... Etsy seems to be cracking down on technical violations.
"I've opened multiple cases in the hope that one agent might do something."
Opening multiple tickets is a no-no. You should open one ticket only, and use that one for all future communications. If you open a second, that causes the first to be auto-cancelled, and sends you back to the bottom of the queue. The reason for this very sensible and fair policy should be obvious, so I won't spell it out!
Yeah I understand. What are you supposed to do if they stop responding to a ticket then? Just keep messaging forever? You see my point...
You do know you're required to post all accounts (buyer and seller) on your "about page" in the public profile section?
I don't see anything about another shop on your about page.
How to Open a Second Shop on Etsy – Etsy Help
"If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy."
It would also have helped to mention you were referring to a different shop since the shop you're posting from is not suspended.

If your shop was started in Australia, you have to close it and open a new one. Etsy probably replied with this in your email and now because that is the rule, are no longer willing to talk to you until you ask them a help question based on what you need.
You cannot maintain a shop started elsewhere unless you are willing to use the same bank you had in that country.
