Sometimes a Seller needs help, and posts on an old thread. Then other Sellers try to help, and the thread gets closed before we can post help / solutions. This is frustrating to all concerned.

My suggestions - try each one, and see if it helps before trying the next one.
* sign out, then back into the app.
* Go to your phone settings - apps - Etsy Seller - then see if there is an update on Google play or i-store
* Delete and re-install the app
* If you can't use a desktop, use your phone's search bar for Etsy.com - official site (NOT one of the apps) - this is the browser / desktop version (not sure what it's called?) and very close to using a computer.
If you are having a specific issue, start a new thread, as old ones like those tend to get closed.
One last suggestion - if anyone still has the old orange and white Sell on Etsy app - it is now defunct, and may even interfere with our current blue Etsy Seller app - so delete that completely (not to be confused with the orange icon Etsy BUYER app)
