App is stuck on "lets make you safer"

While I was going to pull an order, I went to check my other shops on my phone (Iphone 11) and it is literally stuck on the "Lets make your account safer"  I cannot get out of that notification to see my orders or toggle between my shops.

I went thought the help prompts but there is nothing about tech/app issues.  I really need to be able to see this on my phone so I can pull orders.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I don't use the App (never have).  But have heard it is glitchy.  Can you try using a mobile browser instead (or desktop computer).

I need it on my phone since most of my items are stored offsite.  The mobile browser doesn't work either, it wants me to sign in and the same things happened

Turn off your phone and back on clears that issue for me.
