App is broken - not saving updated details

Ever since the past week or two, I can go into a listing.. I’ll totally rewrite the description. I’ll click done, it says “Changes have been saved”.

Then I’ll go to edit the title (and with not even having left the listing page), I scroll down and my entire new description is GONE.

Etsy is doing a horrible job at retaining and saving listing updates. In the past, this has caused me lost money when it won’t retain a pricing update - and then someone will buy it. 

I just lost half an hour of work rewriting a listing that is now gone!!!!!! This is unacceptable!!

well. My problem just went from bad to worse. I didn’t even get on last week because I didn’t have extra time to blow messing with this stupid situation. This morning I knew I had to get on and start listing more stuff and now it won’t even let me take pictures through the app.

it’s saying cannot add photos contact Etsy support if this keeps happening. 🤦🏻‍

Is there any way to open the old Etsy app on our phones to update posts made with the old versions? Can we request that to be possible, or somehow could they update our older postings so they OPEN as well as save any edits? You would think if we have saved edits in the new version at least once, the system would have converted the posting to the new system....
