App & website seller dashboard not loading

Anyone else having issues both with the app & seller dashboard not loading? Keeps saying a stitch has gone awry? Was working just fine up until about 5-10 minutes ago

Have you gotten any emails from Etsy? I’ve got nothing from them and am so confused, I’m a star seller, 100% on time shipping, on time messages 4.9 star reviews, 52,000 sales. So confused.

@CraftingCreator  it doesn't mean your shop is closed. Other people are having problems accessing their dashboards. We see this message:

Uh oh! A stitch has gone awry. Please try again later.

It's probably AI tools that Etsy is introducing. Very smart beautiful tools!

I hope so, because I honestly can’t think of a single reason I’d be in trouble. Fingers crossed it’s fixed soon or at least I get an email.

@CraftingCreator  do your very best NOT to worry. It has to be a glitch and NO ONE needs the stress of this. Put it out of your mind for a bit is my best advice.

@CraftingCreator  @LifeBySimon  I don't think either of your shops are closed as it's showing 'a stitch has gone awry' which is not the message that normally comes up if a shop is closed.....very strange.

Tried Edge and Chrome, desktop and iphone app. Seller dashboard not working: "stitch gone awry"

Hi,

My shop DesignByJMc is completely inaccessible.

• Shop URL shows “Uh oh! A stitch has gone awry.”

• Shop Manager will not load, even with the direct dashboard link.

• Etsy Help Center is broken (shows “null”), so I can’t request a callback.

• Tried multiple browsers, devices, and cleared cache ... same result. (also happening on phone app)

• My other shop (Search Scripture) works fine.

• No email from Etsy about any particular issues with my shop.

Please escalate ... I cannot access my shop or manager at all.

I would truy appreciate your help.

Update: My shop and Shop Manager are loading again now. Looks like the issue has been resolved on Etsy’s side. Thanks everyone!
