Apostrophe displaying as ' HTML code on addresses

Noticed this issue for a while now, when I generate an Etsy shipping label for an address containing an apostrophe, it shows up as the HTML code '

Bit annoying as I only have a pdf reader and so can't edit the text directly. I have to stick a little piece of label over the top and rewrite the address line.

Seems like an easy enough fix?

And ironically it has decoded the code in my title when displaying it on the main forum page!

@Rachillu  sounds like a decoding problem on etsy's end. Did you report it to them via chat?

No, maybe I should do that as well. Was just throwing it into the bugs section of the forum while busy packing up my orders this afternoon.

What device are you using?  That sounds like and Android issue rather than a Windows issue. I often see diacritics and other marks displayed as symbols on my Android devices rather than my Windows (Computer) device.

Desktop running Windows 10, using Adobe Acrobat Pro to read the file. I regularly purchase shipping labels directly from Royal Mail and have never seen this problem from them.
