Is anyone having trouble with shipping labels to Canada.... It will not process.
I just shipped a package from the US to Canada using Etsy labels with no issues.
Is the system just timing out? Maybe check your internet connection? Or try another browser?
it is just stuck on the information page and will not let me submit it so I can confirm and then print it.
Check your customs declaration section - you may be missing the weight of the item (not the package, which is above the customs information). Etsy does not fill this out for you (especially if your buyer has purchased multiple items).
