Anyone having trouble listing? The weight and package size are missing on form

I've had trouble this morning when trying to list something!  When I get to the section where the item weight and package size usual is...........they aren't there so I can't proceed to list.

Contacted support twice and I've tried listing the new way and the old way and it doesn't make a difference.  They're suppose to contact Tech support.

Anyone else having this issue?

We're having the same problem.  Use Firefox and it's current.  The shipping profiles are not helpful when all of our items are different size and different weight.  We struggle to insure the customer has the most reasonable shipping cost and do not charge a handling fee.

They changed the entire listing/shipping process, nothing is the same. I've been struggling with this, and still have no answers. These forums are full of people asking the same ?'s as us. I made a profile months ago but never used it. Applied it to 2 new listings and it keeps asking me for a weight, there is NO place/box/drop down menu to enter the weight. One little box telling me to enter size and weight, but it is NOT clickable. The 2 new listings I put up, one says free, which is a mistake, even when I applied a calculated shipping profile to it.  All my items are of different weights and size, so applying a previous profile, what is it based on? I'm afraid to edit anything because after I do that, it wigs out. I need answers, so if you find it before me let me know.

When listing items, it's best to always use a browser and the old listing form ... the app is glitchy and is missing a lot of things.

I just listed some things last week with no problems.  I have used both listing forms and still no  weight or package size.  Always use my browser.

Use the old lister. I think the new one forces you to use shipping profiles.

Im having the same problem, How do we use the old form? i see no link for it anywhere.

Yes!  List the item (including size, weight and shipping method) and post it in the shop. When the item sells that information is not there!  So I have to go back into completed listings, find the information (because it can be viewed there) and re-enter it to complete the sale.

Having trouble listing the category and shipping options. It is trying to load but it just spins. So there must be a technical problem. And it is frustrating because you have to start all over again. Oh well, nothing we can do about it. Guess we just have to wait it out.

Yes and yes!! I’m pulling my hair out. It won’t let me type in normal height or width. It keeps the section in pink and I’m unable to post my listing!!!!
